If there is no available replacement product, we will provide a full refund (shipping and handling excluded). Returns require authorization. Please contact us before sending any item back. Furthermore, you may return any product for any reason for a refund. Such return needs to be within 15 calendar days of receipt of payment. There is a 15% restocking fee. Buyer bears the costs of shipping.
